Hi,
I’m Jessica Kavanagh
I started Creative Ark in 2002 (yes, I was a babe in arms at that point) and have spent the past two decades working with local Australian businesses and overseas clients to creative and maintain their training materials.
I’ve had the privilege of working with the Commonwealth Bank, BHP, Isuzu, and Onesky, among many wonderful clients, where I have customized a wide variety of training materials. I’ve worked with subject matter experts, translators, and trainers to develop documents, handouts, videos, and many other items to support the unique training needs.
Why Creativity?
I’ve been fascinated with creativity from childhood, especially interested in what nurtures creativity and what inhibits it. I’ve studied bestselling writers, top musicians, innovative business people, looking for similarities and replicable tips.
I firmly believe that creativity is teachable and that every person has innate creative ability which they used as a child and then lost touch with as they grew up. I want to help people find that creativity again and use it to best effect in their personal and professional lives.

What’s With the Butterfly?
Creative Ark has transformed as a business over the decades, starting from web design to training development and now to creativity facilitation.
The butterfly represents that transformation, from ideas to execution and then more ideas of how I can help others with my unique skills.
The butterfly also represents the transformation my clients make as they get in touch with their own creativity and learn how to bring their unique ideas into the world.
